Skywater Jets, managed by its broker and President Larry Morales, specializes in business aircraft brokerage services. From turboprops to large jets and helicopters, we can assist in the sale, acquisition or management of your aircraft. Our expert skill sets in aircraft placement, aviating experience and market analysis are rare service assets in the industry. We service the sales and acquisitions needs of aircraft models such as: Boeing, Gulfstream, Challenger, Global Express, Falcon, Hawker, Learjet, Citation, King Air, Cheyenne and Conquest. The Skywater Group is a member of the National Business Aircraft Association.

Skywater Estates, managed by its broker and President Ree Cole, specializes in brokerage services of luxury homes, commercial and investment properties in South Florida. Skywater Estates Inc retains Florida licensed Realtors that can represent the sale or acquisition of your home or property. We assist clients from all over the world in finding the right property for their needs. With the power of the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and our internal network we can both find your property or sell it. The Skywater Group is a member in good standing with the Realtor Association of Great Fort Lauderdale and the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.

Skywater Yachts, managed by its broker and President Kevin Ralph, specialize in brokerage services of new construction yachts, mega yachts, cruising yachts and charter concierge. Our global network provides access to our customers seeking assistance in servicing their yachting needs. Skywater Yachts is a member of the Florida Yacht Broker Association.

Mr. Morales has over a decade of experience in business aircraft sales, management, and consultation. His foundation of knowledge and experience are built with the education and influence of:

• Managing the Corporate Aviation Function at University of Virginia Darden School of Business, NBAA endorsed

• And over 10,000 hours of flying consisting of corporate jet, heavy 757/767 (major air carrier) and helicopter aircraft

Ree Fritz Cole

President, Co-owner SKYWATER ESTATES INC.

Ree Cole is the President and Broker of Record for Skywater Estates, Inc. located in Fort Lauderdale Florida. She carries 16 years of real estate sales with an emphasis on international business, LEED certified, Green, high performance buildings and luxury homes. Her experience includes marketing, promotions, writing articles, development of media presentations and press releases, internet marketing, analyzing market trends, targeting key areas and determining goals for sales staff. Ree Cole carries a coveted MASTER BROKER membership elevating her status in the real estate broker community.

Ree is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and Master Broker carrying a GRI designation. Kevin Ralph

President and Co-owner Skywater Yachts LLC.

Kevin has been rooted in Fort Lauderdale Florida, "The Yachting Capital of the World” for 26 years, with ongoing experience in all facets of the luxury yacht business: new boat sales, marketing, product design and development, new construction supervision, general brokerage and chartering. He has been involved with over 30 new build projects on 3 continents, ranging in size 65' up to 172'. Involved in start-up and established companies alike.

His experience is invaluable in structuring and closing the most difficult yacht sales. Clients benefit tremendously from his knowledge of the global market. He is persistent and honest. Born and raised in England, he began his travels in the British Merchant Navy in 1979. Kevin immigrated after his travels to the United States and became a yacht broker in Fort Lauderdale 20 years ago.

Kevin has been actively involved in many facets of the business, from crewing & deliveries to the design, construction and specifications of many new construction vessels. Kevin served as former vice-president of the Florida Yacht Brokers Association (FYBA) his integrity and reputation are well deserved among his peers in the industry. His clients are of high stature and rely on his expertise time and time again. His sales range from sport yachts to mega yachts.
